Organic Fabric Online has become the latest member of the Harmony Art distribution team. Located in Victoria, Australia, Organic Fabric Online will be servicing retail and wholesale customers "down under". Founder of Harmony Art, Harmony Susalla, says. eInsider - by Quilts, Inc.

Volume 2, Issue 1 of eInsider (the electronic newsletter for quilting and the soft crafts industry) has an article entitled Green Quilting: Improving the Earth One Fiber at a Time in which several eco-designers are mentioned and quoted. We are happy to have been included. One of the pictures used in the article is of an Amy Bulter pillow which was created using our fabrics and sewn by local fiber artist Marilyn Limbaugh.

Fashion Institute of Technology

As part of FIT's An Introduction to Sustainable Business and Design Conference Harmony has been invited to speak. Other speakers include representatives from EnviroTextiles, Timberland and Johnson and Johnson. Harmony Art fabrics will also be a part of the fashion show portion of this event. This event is open to the public but registration is requested.

She will be speaking about the recently adopted Global Organic Textile Standards and the work being done to create the Sustainable Textile Standards.
